We try to keep our pricing model easy to understand as all of our work is built to order with few exceptions requiring a customer to agree to specific shipping instructions on larger items or a scheduled pick up.
Mild steel
10 gauge/1/8 inch $30 a square foot. All mild steel is painted black at no extra charge unless a color and gloss is specified. Can be left bare at which point the price is $2 less per square foot.
Mild steel tubing
up to 1 3/4 inch round or square $30 a foot (this includes bending and welding). All mild steel is painted black at no extra charge unless a color and gloss is specified. Can be left bare at which point the price is $2 less per square foot.
Aluminum
10 gauge/1/8 inch $40 a square foot. All aluminum is left bare and will cleaned with rubbing alcohol prior to sale.
Stainless steel
10 gauge/1/8 inch $40 a square foot. All stainless steel is left bare and will be cleaned with rubbing alcohol prior to sale.
Material 3/16 thickness and larger
For material thickness above 1/8 inch there will be an additional $5 per square foot added to cost.
Shipping
For objects small enough to be delivered via Fed Ex, UPS, USPS standard shipping rates apply, anything over weight or size will be shipped via freight. every square foot is roughly $8 in shipping.
